The votes for Round 27 in Zero Tackle's NRL MVP race have been counted, and we are thrilled to bring you the top ten players from the 2024 NRL season.

In true sporting fashion, the MVP leaderboard was tight heading into the final round.

James Tedesco was leading the pack, with Jahrome Hughes hot on his heels.

Meanwhile, Scott Drinkwater was still in with a shot at the top spot, but it was a bit of a long shot.

Tom Trbojevic was firmly locked into fourth place, while at the bottom of the top ten, there was a real dogfight.

Isaah Yeo, Jacob Kiraz, Sam Walker, Dylan Edwards, Daly Cherry-Evans, and Addin Fonua-Blake were all within a whisker of each other in the standings.

Ben Hunt, Patrick Carrigan, and Clint Gutherson were nipping at their heels.

To jog your memory, the expert panel, consisting of Matt Clements (Zero Tackle founder), Dan Nichols, Ethan Lee Chalk (Zero Tackle writers), and yours truly as editor, have been doling out votes each week using a 5-4-3-2-1 scoring system.

The best player on the field earns five votes, the next best four, and so on.

This means that a player could potentially rake in a whopping 20 votes in just one game.

Stay tuned as we reveal the final MVP winner - it's sure to be a nail-biter till the very end!
