Arthurson, known for his leadership as the ARL chairman from 1983 to 1997 and NSWRL chairman from 1987 to 1997, was a former player, coach, and administrator for the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles.

His dedication to the sport was acknowledged in 1988 when he was awarded the Order of Australia for his service to Rugby League.

Quayle, a former Australian representative player with two Tests in 1975, made his mark as the general manager of the NSWRL in 1983 and continued to serve as a prominent CEO in the game until 1997.

These inductions into the NRL Hall of Fame serve as a reminder of the rich history and impact that these individuals have had on the sport, cementing their legacy in Rugby League folklore.
