The Dragons are gearing up to kick off their celebrations for Junior League Appreciation Round this weekend, in a show of solidarity with grassroots rugby league in the region.

In anticipation of the upcoming junior league season, the team has been busy showcasing the vibrant clubs that make up their catchment area.

Members of the NRL squad recently donned jerseys representing each of the 34 junior league clubs, paying tribute to the vast and diverse community that supports the Dragons.

As the Dragons prepare to face off against the Sea Eagles in Round 4 at WIN Stadium, they are set to honor each and every junior league club with a special pre-game function at the Illawarra Steelers club.

Additionally, a junior league relay will take place at halftime, adding an extra layer of excitement to the match.

It's a chance for the Dragons to give back to the grassroots level of the sport, where future stars are born and the spirit of rugby league is truly alive.

So get ready to show your support, because this weekend is all about celebrating the heart and soul of the game.

Go Dragons!
