Parramatta Eels have shared an encouraging injury report concerning three players ahead of a crucial match.
Mitch Moses is set to return, marking his 250th appearance for the Eels against the South Sydney Rabbitohs.
This match will be his first since round 10, when the Eels achieved a surprise victory over the North Queensland Cowboys with a score of 33-30 on May 9.
After being sidelined following that game, Moses attempted to participate in Game 1 for the NSW Blues but faced challenges during training before their win in Homebush.
He did take part in Game 2, where the Maroons leveled the series, and if all goes well health-wise, he is anticipated to be named for the series decider at Suncorp Stadium, a venue where he delivered a standout performance in the 2024 series.
Additionally, Jonah Pezet and Jake Tago have also healed from their injuries and are set to feature against the Newcastle Knights in the NSW Cup.
Pezet, previously with the Storm, hasn't played for the Eels since Round 6 against the Wests Tigers, where he sustained a hamstring injury.
Initially, his return was projected for either round 18 or 19.
Richard Penisini, the younger brother of Will Penisini, will also make his comeback to the NSW Cup following recovery from a right knee lateral joint line injury.
