In the NRL Round 6 game against the Wests Tigers, Dylan Lucas sustained a throat injury during a tackle in the 50th minute.
After the match, Knights medical personnel transported him to Campbelltown hospital, where scans revealed multiple cartilage fractures.
Dylan will remain under observation at the Sydney hospital but is anticipated to return home later today.
His recovery will take time, with an estimated healing period of four to six weeks.
Meanwhile, Tyson Frizell has also been injured, suffering a rib issue that will keep him out for approximately three to four weeks.
