The Frontline NZ Warriors players and Warriors Community Foundation staff are gearing up for an action-packed week in Christchurch as they take their community message to the heart of rugby league fans.
With visits to five local schools, two coaching clinics (one specifically focused on women) and engaging question and answer sessions with senior NRL players and head coach Andrew Webster, the programme promises to offer an unforgettable experience for all involved.
One highlight of the week will be the rare opportunity for the public to witness the NZ Warriors in training, providing fans with an up-close and personal insight into the team's preparation and dedication.
The star-studded lineup of players participating in this community initiative includes Addin Fonua-Blake, Wayde Egan, Dallin Watene-Zelezniak, Te Maire Martin, Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad, and Kurt Capewell, each bringing their own unique skills and expertise to inspire the next generation of NRL stars.
Ultimately, the goal of this programme is to ignite a passion within school students and aspiring players, encouraging them to strive for greatness and embrace a positive and healthy lifestyle on and off the field.
