The Gold Coast Titans have found themselves in hot water with the match review committee after their clash against the Sharks in Round 23.

Moeaki Fotuaika, the hard-hitting forward, has been charged with a Grade 2 Careless High Tackle after being sin-binned in the 18th minute for an accidental hit on Cameron McInnes.

This means a likely one-match ban for the up-and-coming prop.

If Fotuaika decides to take the early plea, he will be sidelined for the upcoming battle against the Dragons.

However, if he chooses to fight the charge and is found guilty, he will also miss the showdown against the Roosters at Cbus Super Stadium in Round 25.

The decision rests on the shoulders of this 138-game veteran.

To add to the Titans' woes, David Fifita has also been charged with a Grade 1 Shoulder Charge from early in the game.

The talented player could face a $1,500 fine if he opts for the early guilty plea.

At this stage, no pleas have been entered, leaving fans on tenterhooks as they wait for updates on the situation.

In the tough world of Rugby League, discipline is key, and the Titans will need to regroup and show resilience in the face of these challenges.
