Cronulla's Junior Representative sides had a successful round on Saturday, with two out of three matches ending in victories at Cronulla High School.

The Lisa Fiaola girls displayed determination in a tough 20-6 loss to the high-flying Eels, while their Tarsha Gale counterparts secured a 36-14 win that bumped Parramatta off the top spot.

In the final match of the triple-header, the SG Ball Sharks dominated the Bears with a convincing 46-10 win, scoring eight tries, including a brace from fullback Oliver Lester.

The Lisa Fiaola match started off with some errors from both sides, setting the stage for a tense battle.

The Eels' centre Georgia Wansey broke the deadlock in the 20th minute, putting the visitors ahead 4-0.

Despite the halftime score remaining unchanged, the game was a true arm-wrestle, with the Sharks showing they were still very much in the contest.

After the break, Cronulla came out swinging, but the Eels' solid defense proved tough to crack.

Parramatta managed to score through winger Freedom Crichton Ropati, extending their lead to 8-0, followed by another try from Wansey in the 43rd minute.
