The NSWRL junior representative preliminary finals are set to take place this weekend, with some lineup changes for the Sydney Roosters S.G.

Ball Cup team.

Left centre Eli Bennett is out due to injury, with Chase Kapua shifting to left centre and Semi Leweniqila taking his place on the left wing.

Coach Boyd Cordner has made only one minor change to the team that defeated Parramatta in Week One of the finals, with Peter Benjamin Uini moving into the starting lineup.

Unfortunately, there are a few key players who will be missing from the Roosters lineup due to injuries.

Centre Lachlan Donner and hooker Jaxson Allen are not named in the team due to knee and jaw injuries, respectively.

Fullback Ross Bassingthwaite and winger William Pappas will also be sidelined for the remainder of the season due to shoulder and knee injuries.

Despite these setbacks, the Roosters are gearing up to face the Canberra Raiders in the preliminary final at Lidcombe Oval.

With a week off to recover and regroup, the team is focused on securing a spot in the grand final.

Cordner and his coaching staff have been working hard to prepare the team for the upcoming challenge, making strategic decisions to ensure that they are ready to compete at their best.

The team announcements have sparked excitement among Roosters fans as they eagerly anticipate the big games ahead.

The players are determined to give their all on the field and make their mark in the junior representative competition.

As the Roosters prepare to take on the Raiders, fans will be watching closely to see how the team performs and whether they can continue their winning streak to reach the grand final.
