Raiders trio face NRL judiciary after Bulldogs clash

NRL Judiciary: Raiders v Bulldogs

LeagueNews.co | Nick Loken

The NRL Judiciary has sent a charge sheet to the following their clash with the Bulldogs last night.

Joe Tapine, Josh Papalii, and Jordan Rapana are all facing penalties from the Match Review Committee.

Tapine has been accused of a careless high tackle in the 27th minute, while Papalii has been charged with dangerous contact in the 39th minute.

Rapana, on the other hand, has been cited for a tripping offence in the 75th minute.

If Tapine opts for the early guilty plea, he will cop a $1000 fine, but if he decides to fight the charge and loses, he will have to part ways with $1500.

Papalii, on the other hand, could potentially miss one match if he takes the early plea, but if he contests the charge and loses, he will be sidelined for two games.

As for Rapana, he will have to defend his case for the tripping offence and await the verdict.

Despite these setbacks, the Raiders are determined to keep their winning streak alive and push forward in the competition.

Time will tell how these judicial matters will impact the team's performance on the field.
