Munster's Future: A Blessing for New Horizons

‘I’ll go on the record’: Bellamy goes public with ‘stunning’ admission on Munster’s future

Bellamy's Bold Stance on Munster's Future

Craig Bellamy has openly expressed his support for Cameron Munster, stating that if the Storm player chooses to join the PNG Chiefs, he will do so with Bellamy's "blessing."

Currently recovering from a knee injury, Munster recently made headlines when it was confirmed he had permission to negotiate with the Chiefs.

His agent, Braith Anasta, validated this information, noting that while discussions are underway, it doesn't guarantee Munster's departure from the Storm.

As he navigates his future, Munster is exploring "every option," and Bellamy, following Melbourne's 28-26 loss to South Sydney, stated he would be "happy" for the Queensland captain to pursue the opportunity with the Chiefs, should he wish to.

"At the end of the day my mentality on it - whether that's right, wrong or indifferent - but I think Mun has done a whole heap for the club and he's done it over a long period of time," Bellamy remarked.

He added, "He's been a wonderful player with the club. So if he sees that he wants to go to the team in Papua New Guinea, I'd be happy to let him go."
