Moeaki Fotuaika of the Titans is set to feature in the upcoming Magic Round despite recent charges from the match review committee.
During Friday's match against the Roosters, he received a Grade 1 Dangerous Contact charge in the 30th minute, which comes with a $2000 fine if he accepts the early guilty plea.
As of now, Fotuaika has not submitted a plea.
He is anticipated to make his 173rd NRL appearance next Sunday against the Knights, which will tie him with Mark Minichiello for the title of the club's most capped Titan.
Minichiello's record was set during his retirement in 2014.
