Melbourne Storm will be returning to their fortress, AAMI Park, this Sunday to take on the Canberra Raiders in Round 24, according to a report on melbournestorm.com.au.
The Storm have not experienced defeat at this venue since March of this year, and their previous two appearances resulted in convincing victories over Manly and Cronulla.
Members and fans will undoubtedly have fond memories of AAMI Park, as it has been the site of many memorable performances by the Storm over the years.
This match also coincides with Members Appreciation Round, adding even more excitement for the loyal supporters.
Since AAMI Park opened in 2010, it has become a happy hunting ground for the purple army, largely due to the passionate support of Storm fans.
The vocal purple army has made AAMI Park a daunting destination for any opposing team.
Although this will be the only fixture against the Canberra Raiders in 2023, the Storm will be eager to rewrite history after suffering a Week 1 finals loss to the green machine at AAMI Park last season.
