The NRL's match review committee has issued fines to multiple players following the games played on Saturday and Sunday during Round 15.
On Saturday, four players were cited for Grade 1 careless high tackles in a double-header, each facing varying penalties based on their previous offences.
Two players, Ronaldo Mulitalo and Eddie Ieremia-Toeava, are set to receive fines of $1,000 for their first offences. Should either player contest their charges and be found guilty, this amount could increase by $500.
Cameron McInnes received a fine of $1,800 due to a second offence. If he decides to challenge the charge and is unsuccessful, his penalty could escalate to $2,500.
Corey Horsburgh faces the heftiest penalty from Saturday's games, being charged with a third offence that results in a $3,000 fine. Additionally, he risks a two-match suspension if he opts to contest the charge and is found guilty.
Moving on to Sunday's game between the Wests Tigers and Gold Coast Titans, three players were also sanctioned.
Patrick Herbert and Alex Seyfarth both faced charges for Grade 1 dangerous tackles, each receiving fines of $3,000. If these charges are contested and upheld, they could be looking at a two-match ban.
Tigers playmaker Jarome Luai was fined $1,000 for a Grade 1 high tackle. Should he contest this charge and be unsuccessful, the fine could rise to $1,500.
