Young Rooster Dominic Young: Injured but Sporting Good Spirits

LeagueNews.co | Jason Patrick

The Roosters have had a worrying start to their pre-season campaign as new recruit Dominic Young suffered a concerning injury in their recent match against Manly.

Young was left on a stretcher after a tackle by Toafofoa Sipley brought him down and caused him significant pain.

It was a sight that sparked concern among the Roosters' faithful, who watched as the Englishman was taken away in an ambulance with his neck immobilized.

Thankfully, Young's condition turned out to be less serious than initially feared, and he was able to give an update to fans on social media.

"I'm all good.

Appreciate all the messages," he wrote on Instagram.

Despite the positive news, the Roosters are still taking a cautious approach with the talented 22-year-old, aware of the sensitive nature of his injury.

However, there is hope that Young will still be able to join the team on their upcoming trip to Las Vegas.
