The Warriors from warriors.kiwi are singing the praises of their veteran players, putting a premium on experience as they head into battle in the NRL.
With a squad that boasts 14 players with over 100 NRL appearances, the Warriors are leading the pack in terms of seasoned campaigners.
In fact, five of their players are part of the illustrious 200-game club - including star halfback Shaun Johnson, skipper Tohu Harris, utility Dylan Walker, centre Roger Tuivasa-Sheck, and winger Dallin Watene-Zelezniak.
Among this experienced group, Bunty Afoa and Jazz Tevaga have been loyal to the Warriors since day one, while Johnson, Harris, and Tuivasa-Sheck have also racked up over 100 games for the club.
However, the Warriors will be missing three of their century club members when they take on the Gold Coast Titans, with Watene-Zelezniak serving a suspension and Mitchell Barnett and Kurt Capewell on State of Origin duty.
Hot on the Warriors' heels in the experience department are the Sydney Roosters, the Dolphins, and the South Sydney Rabbitohs, all boasting 13 players with 100-plus NRL games under their belts.
The Roosters and Rabbitohs also have their fair share of players with 200 or more games, with the Roosters even fielding two players with over 300 games - prop Jared Waerea-Hargreaves and centre Michael Jennings.
In the rough and tumble world of rugby league, experience is often the key to success, and the Warriors are betting big on their seasoned veterans to lead the charge towards victory.
With their battle-hardened squad, the Warriors are ready to take on all comers and show why they are a force to be reckoned with in the NRL.
