Former NRL star Braith Anasta weighed in on the debate, emphasizing Walker's crucial role in the Roosters' chances of success.
"The Roosters were a different team before Walker stepped up on ANZAC Day.
He's been the key to their transformation into contenders for the title," Anasta commented.
"With their stacked roster, taking Sam out of the equation would be a massive blow.
They can't go all the way without him.
