Medical Update | Round 17
The nib Newcastle Knights have provided an assessment following their Round 17 match against the Canberra Raiders at McDonald Jones Stadium.
Knights Captain Kalyn Ponga had scans today to evaluate an injury sustained in the second half.
He has been diagnosed with a Lisfranc injury and will begin rehabilitation with the Knights' medical staff.
The goal is for Ponga to return to play towards the end of the season.
No further injury updates for the rest of the squad were reported.
