Canberra Raiders Hooker Packs His Bags

In a move reminiscent of a last-minute intercept try, another Canberra Raiders hooker has bid farewell to the club after Zac Woolford's departure to the Huddersfield Giants in the Super League competition.

Adrian Trevilyan, a player who has been with the Raiders since his debut at 18 in 2019, has reportedly left the team without making an appearance in this NRL season.

According to The Canberra Times, Trevilyan's exit has been confirmed for the upcoming season, leaving the Raiders with limited options at dummy-half, relying on the experienced duo of Danny Levi and Tom Starling.

With rookies Owen Pattie and Shaun Packer waiting in the wings, the club is set on shoring up their depth in the crucial position.

Recruitment guru Joel Carbone expressed the team's determination to forge ahead with their current lineup, but also hinted at the possibility of a surprise acquisition down the line.

As the Raiders navigate this change on their squad roster, they'll be looking to rally their troops and press on towards their next challenge on the rugby league battlefield.
