Bulldogs Fall 32-12 to Broncos Amid Injuries

Bulldogs Go Down In Brisbane

The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs faced a tough match against the Brisbane Broncos, losing 32-12 at Suncorp Stadium.

Early setbacks plagued the Bulldogs, starting with Viliame Kikau's pectoral injury, forcing him off the field just 20 minutes into the game.

The situation worsened as Harry Hayes received a sin-bin penalty for tripping Adam Reynolds, leaving the team down a man.

During this time, the Broncos took advantage, quickly leading 10-0 with tries from Gehamat Shibasaki and Josiah Karapani, followed by a conversion from Reynolds.

With a one-man advantage, Brisbane scored two additional tries by Deine Mariner and Cory Paix, completing the first half at 20-0.

In the second half, Ezra Mam continued the Broncos' dominance with a try, though the excitement faded as Preston Riki was yellow-carded for a dangerous tackle.

Needing a spark, the Bulldogs found it with Kurt Mann setting up Matt Burton for a try.

They followed up with another try, thanks to Bailey Hayward's assist to Lachlan Galvin, making the score 26-12 after Stephen Crichton's conversion.
