Dolphins Team List: Round 1 v Rabbitohs

After what feels like an eternity, the Dolphins are gearing up for their first game of the season this Friday at Suncorp Stadium, where they'll face off against the Rabbitohs at 7 PM.

Coach Woolf has unveiled his lineup for round 1, and supporters will be delighted to see the return of Tom Gilbert to the field.

Leading the Dolphins into battle in 2025, Gilbert is making his NRL comeback after more than a year since his last match in Round 12, 2023.

Joining Gilbert on the field will be Junior Tupou on the wing, Daniel Saifiti in the front row, and Kulikefu Finefeuiaki in the second row.

This trio will be making their club debut and officially becoming Dolphins' players number 39, 40, and 41.

Isaiya Katoa and Kodi Nikorima will be calling the shots as the playmakers, with Jeremy Marshall-King controlling the action at hooker.

Kurt Donoghoe has earned his spot on the bench after a stellar preseason displaying his versatility across multiple positions, securing the number 14 jersey as the team's utility player.

Seasoned forward Kenny Bromwich has been named as the eighteenth man, ready to step in if needed.
