Tristan Sailor, the offspring of legendary cross-code player Wendell Sailor, is set to make a splash in the Betfred Super League come 2025.
The versatile full-back or stand-off recently penned a two-year deal with St Helens, signaling a new chapter in his rugby journey.
The 26-year-old is bidding farewell to Brisbane Broncos at the end of the current season, trading the NRL for the allure of Super League glory.
Joining forces with incoming assistant coach Lee Briers, Sailor is poised to bring his dynamic skill set to the nine-time Super League champions.
Having kicked off his career with his father's former club, St George Illawarra Dragons, Sailor is no stranger to the rugby scene.
Thanks to insight from his former Dragons teammate James Graham, he's well aware of the fervent support awaiting him at Totally Wicked Stadium.
"I can't wait to don the St Helens colors," Sailor enthused.
"James Graham filled me in on the enthusiastic English and Saints fans, and I'm eager to experience that passion firsthand.
Winning a trophy has always been a personal aspiration of mine, and witnessing the rich history and success of Saints only fuels my drive to succeed."
With an eye on the prize, Sailor is hungry to make his mark and etch his name in the annals of Rugby League history under the St Helens banner.
