NRL Judiciary | Round 21

In the aftermath of the high-octane clash between the Sydney Roosters and the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles in Round 21, Michael Jennings and Sitili Tupouniua have found themselves in hot water with the Match Review Committee.

Jennings has been slapped with a Grade Two Careless High Tackle Charge for an incident that took place in the 30th minute of the game.

The hard-hitting centre now faces a tough decision - take the early guilty plea and sit out for two matches, or roll the dice at the judiciary and risk being sidelined for three games.

Meanwhile, Tupouniua has been cited for a Dangerous Contact charge stemming from an incident in the 54th minute.

The young gun has the option to cop a $750 fine by pleading guilty early.

It's a rough turn of events for the Roosters, who will now have to rally together and regroup for their upcoming battles on the field.

But as they say in the world of rugby league, it's all part of the game and the boys will need to dig deep and show some true grit to overcome these setbacks.
