Luke Robinson has officially been named the head honcho at Huddersfield Giants, signing a three-year deal with the Super League club after taking the reins on an interim basis back in July.

The 40-year-old, a former scrum-half for the Giants, has shown his mettle in the coaching arena by winning two out of eight matches during his interim stint.

Robinson, who also had a brief coaching spell at the club in 2020, expressed his desire to land the top job during an exclusive chat with Sky Sports a few months back.

With a history deeply rooted in the Giants since 2008, Robinson has finally climbed the coaching ladder to secure his first permanent head coach role.

Fans can catch the Giants in action this Sunday as they face off against the London Broncos, a match not to be missed for those who love a good old-fashioned showdown on the pitch.

Make sure to tune in on Sky Sports+ to see Robinson work his magic and lead the Giants to victory with his strategic game plan in hand.
