Trent Robinson expressed frustration over officiating after the Roosters faced controversial calls during their recent match against the Panthers.
When questioned by reporters about Hugo Savala's play early in the game, Robinson acknowledged it was a double movement.
However, he contended that Savala deserved a penalty because of a collision with Dylan Edwards that affected the back of his neck.
"A double movement, definitely, but there were high shots from people falling constantly," Robinson stated after the match.
He further explained, "He got hit and crushed it on the back of the neck. I don't understand that one."
While he agreed on the double movement, he noted, "The double movement definitely - his arm hit and then he did reach out. But contact to the head in that position. There were quite a few against us for that reason."
Robinson was especially baffled by the Bunker's classification of the tackle as an "incidental crusher," leading him to question the rationale behind that decision.
