New Zealand beat France 92-0 in Christchurch, recording their biggest win in women's Rugby League.
The victory put them in position to top Group B before Saturday's final against Papua New Guinea on the Gold Coast.
After an 18-12 opening win over Fiji, captain Raecene McGregor said, "We were a bit disappointed by the result last week, so great to bounce back."
The Kiwi Ferns scored 18 tries through eight players. Apii Nicholls scored four, while Mele Hufanga and Stacey Waaka each completed a hat-trick.
Mackenzie Wiki, McGregor and Tenika Willison scored twice each. Kaiyah Atai and Chantay Kiria-Ratu also scored, and Kiria-Ratu kicked 10 conversions.
Wiki opened the scoring after 90 seconds, and nine first-half tries gave New Zealand a 46-0 lead at halftime.
Hufanga completed her hat-trick 50 seconds into the second half. France made just one tackle in New Zealand territory after the break.
France have never scored against the Kiwi Ferns, losing 46-0 in 2022 and 88-0 in 2013.
They have conceded 30 tries and scored once at this World Cup, including a 58-4 loss to Papua New Guinea. France next face Fiji, who are seeking a semi-final place.
