However, Tex Hoy and Darnell McIntosh managed to cross the line for Hull, keeping the game competitive.
At halftime, Huddersfield had a slim lead thanks to tries from Esan Marsters and Seb Ikahihifo.
But it was in the second half where the Giants truly shone.
Andre Savelio closed the gap for Hull, but Huddersfield unleashed a barrage of tries through Naiqama, Will Pryce (2), and McGillvary's second.
Adding to their impressive performance, Jake Connor displayed excellent kicking skills, converting eight goals.
The Giants surpassed the 50-point mark, leaving Hull with a consolation try from Scott Taylor in the 79th minute.
