Billy Walters has put his hand up to give evidence at the NRL judiciary, adding another twist to the Spencer Leniu incident.

A new front-on camera angle has emerged, shedding new light on the alleged racial abuse towards Ezra Mam.

Leniu has been referred directly to the NRL judiciary, with no audio evidence of the slur being captured during the game.

The footage from the new angle shows Leniu tackling Payne Haas before saying something to Mam, potentially incriminating him further.

The NRL may even resort to using a lip-reader to decipher the exchange at the judiciary.

Walters, who was in the thick of the action at dummy-half, is ready to testify if called upon, showing his commitment to justice in the sport.

Haas, who was also in the vicinity, is weighing up whether to give evidence, potentially adding more fuel to the fire in this controversial case.
