This event marked Becht's first public appearance since sharing the pregnancy news on social media in August. The couple captured attention when the Broncos posted photos, showcasing Becht cradling her baby bump.

Staggs has often credited Becht for his positive transformation, which contributed to his success as a premiership winner last year. Reflecting on his past challenges, he recounted how five years ago he faced potential dismissal from the NRL due to repeated off-field issues.
"I have a great partner and she is probably the main reason I have turned my outside life into a positive thing," Staggs declared last year. "Meeting my partner was a big change for me. I wouldn't be where I am today without what she has done for me."
