Titans fullback Jayden Campbell had a triumphant comeback from injury through the Hostplus Cup over the weekend, giving the Gold Coast team a much-needed boost leading up to their Round 4 'Sunshine Showdown' against the Dolphins.

After a six-month absence due to a patella dislocation in August 2023, the 24-year-old performed admirably in the first half, evading two tackles and racking up 55 running metres to demonstrate his readiness for a potential NRL comeback this Saturday.

Both squads will take a break over the Easter long weekend, with Tweed gearing up to take on the PNG Hunters at their home ground as they strive for their first victory of 2024.

Meanwhile, the Jets are determined to bounce back in their upcoming clash against the Dolphins at North Ipswich Reserve, aiming to reclaim their spot in the winner's circle.
