Injury blow for Reynolds in Grand Final rematch

LeagueNews.co | Jess Malloy

Kevin Walters has confirmed that Adam Reynolds will be sidelined for the Grand Final rematch, dealing a blow to his team's chances.

It seems Reynolds aggravated an MCL sprain that he was already carrying into the game, and will be out for at least a week, possibly longer.

The star player was visibly in pain during the game against the Rabbitohs and eventually had to be taken off the field.

In a surprising twist, Walters has also revealed that powerhouse prop Payne Haas is uncertain for the upcoming match against the Panthers after missing training on Sunday.

"Payne has been named in the lineup, but there's still some doubt surrounding his availability," Walters shared at a press conference.

With another key player out of action, the team will need to dig deep and show their resilience on the field.

Let's hope they can rally together and put on a stellar performance in the face of adversity.
