Fressard shines as Roosters claim consecutive victories

In a thrilling match-up against the Wests Tigers in Gosford on Saturday, the Roosters came out on top with a 20-4 win, thanks to a stellar performance from winger Jayme Fressard and prop Millie Elliott.

Elliott's unstoppable 202-metre run set the tone up front, while Fressard's two tries took her career tally to 15, solidifying the Roosters' back-to-back win streak.

The Tigers got the jump on the Roosters with an early score in the 22nd minute, but the Roosters fought back and stayed in the game with a strong defensive effort.

Unfortunately for the Tigers, their captain Kezie Apps suffered a leg injury early in the second half, opening the door for the Roosters to capitalize.

Isabelle Kelly's slick play set up Fressard for the crucial try that leveled the score at 4-4.

Despite a missed opportunity off the back of a powerful Amber Hall run, the Roosters continued to pressure the Tigers and eventually broke through for more points to secure the win.

With grit and determination, the Roosters proved that they are a force to be reckoned with in the league.
