Shane Flanagan's time at the Dragons appears to be coming to a swift conclusion, with Monday indicated as the day decisions will be finalized.
An emergency press conference is scheduled for Monday morning in Wollongong, although The Daily Telegraph claims that discussions about Flanagan's future have already transpired privately.
Additionally, club football boss Ben Haran is reportedly also on his way out.
The situation has been escalating after Flanagan met with Dragons chairman Andrew Lancaster on Sunday, following the team's heartbreaking 11th consecutive defeat, which dates back to the previous season.
Chairman Lancaster, together with CEO Tim Watsford, will address the media, and the topic of the coaching role has become a significant talking point throughout the season.
Flanagan is poised to become the second coaching casualty of the year, joining Anthony Seibold, who was relieved of his duties at Manly just three games into the season.
The Dragons are set to face the Roosters on Saturday, just before their bye in round 9.
It remains uncertain if Flanagan will coach the team one final time during the ANZAC Day clash against the Roosters.
