Kiwi sensation Carlos Ulberg, a former footy player turned runway model turned UFC star, has secured the co-main event spot against Jamahal Hill on Conor McGregor's long-awaited return at UFC 303.

This is a major milestone in Ulberg's career, akin to scoring a winning try in the dying moments of a Rugby League grand final.

Ulberg, known for his heart-throb looks and relentless fighting style, has stepped up to replace Khalil Rountree, who was sidelined due to a doping violation.

Training alongside the likes of Alex Volkanovski and Israel Adesanya, Ulberg is ready to take on the former light-heavyweight champion Hill on June 29 (or June 30 in Australia).

This fight is expected to draw a massive audience, with tickets selling like hotcakes and a reported $30 million in revenue already generated.

Having just broken into the top 15 of the light-heavyweight rankings, Ulberg is now set to showcase his skills on the biggest stage of his career.

"It's a massive opportunity, and one that I've visualized and manifested," the 33-year-old fighter commented.

This bout is sure to be a test of strength and endurance, a true battle of wills on the MMA battleground.

Don't miss out on UFC 303, where Ulberg will aim to make a statement and prove himself as a force to be reckoned with in the octagon.
