The Canterbury Bulldogs are setting their sights on breaking attendance records in their debut NRLW season.
After hosting two of the largest regular-season crowds in premiership history, they are aiming to create a new NRLW attendance record.
The Bulldogs attracted 65,305 fans for their Easter Friday match against South Sydney at Accor Stadium and 59,878 for a match against Parramatta, marking the highest attendances for standalone regular-season fixtures since 1908.
With the goal of becoming the best-supported NRLW team, the Bulldogs are planning to draw a record crowd for their August 23 match against Canberra.
Canterbury CEO Aaron Warburton indicated that this match is likely to be the last held at Belmore until the construction of a Centre of Excellence is complete.
