The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs have officially confirmed a two-year contract extension for their standout fullback, Connor Tracey, following an impressive beginning to the 2026 season and notable career progress.
Since joining the team in 2024, Tracey has proven himself to be one of the NRL's most reliable players, consistently donning the fullback jersey with pride.
Recognizing his contributions on the field, the Bulldogs have offered Tracey an extension that will keep him at Belmore until the conclusion of 2028.
This season, the 29-year-old has already made a significant impact, tallying two tries, four line breaks, and averaging an exceptional 219 run meters per game, showcasing his tireless efforts and dedication to the team.
Tracey expressed his satisfaction with the extension, attributing much of his success to the guidance of head coach Cameron Ciraldo, emphasizing his evolution into a top-tier player.
"I'm very excited about extending my time at the Bulldogs," Tracey stated.
"My game has really developed over the last couple of years and I credit 'Ciro' and the entire coaching staff for that.
"We're building something special here and I can't wait to continue on this journey with my teammates."
Phil Gould, the Bulldogs' head of football, echoed similar sentiments, acknowledging Tracey's role as a leader since he joined the squad.
