The Knights have secured their place in the NRLW grand final after a hard-fought 30-24 victory over the Broncos in the semi-finals.

Tamika Upton, the Knights' fullback, played a crucial role in the win, setting up two tries in the first half and scoring one of her own in the second period.

This stellar performance from Upton proved to be the inspiration the team needed to secure the win.

The Knights, who won their first NRL Telstra Women's Premiership last year, will now face the winner of the Roosters vs Titans game in the grand final.

The semi-final match against the Broncos was played in front of a record-breaking crowd of 12,689 at McDonald Jones Stadium.

Despite taking an early lead with a try from Olivia Higgins, the Knights had to fend off multiple comeback attempts from the stubborn Broncos.

The Broncos managed to score two tries late in the game, ensuring a tense finish, but the Knights held on to secure the victory.
