AJ Brimson, the talented rugby league player for the Titans, is on the verge of achieving a significant milestone in his career.

According to a report by titans.com.au titled "Not out on 99: Stage set for Brimson's century," Brimson is set to play his 100th NRL match in the upcoming season opener in 2024.

Despite debuting in Round 10 of 2018, the 25-year-old has managed to accumulate 99 appearances in the top grade over six seasons.

Originally, Brimson had planned to celebrate this achievement in 2023.

However, a series of injuries prevented him from reaching this milestone earlier.

Now, as the new season commences, Brimson's century will be a highlight and a symbolic way to kick-start the team's campaign.

Brimson will join an elite group within the Titans squad as the ninth player to achieve this feat.

Notably, the team's captain, Tino Fa'asuamaleaui, is not far behind, currently sitting on 90 appearances.

This showcases the talent and experience within the team's ranks.

In addition to Brimson, another player, Isaac Liu, will reach a significant milestone in the season opener.

After a finger injury delayed his achievement in the final round of the previous season, Liu will play his 250th game.

Impressively, he has spent 46 of these matches with the Gold Coast.

Furthermore, the new year holds the potential for Kieran Foran to join the esteemed 300 club.

Foran, who needs to play 18 games in 2024, has the opportunity to become the first player in Titans colors to reach this remarkable milestone.

This adds an extra layer of excitement and anticipation for the upcoming season.

Overall, the Titans' season opener in 2024 is set to be a momentous occasion, with multiple players on the cusp of achieving significant milestones.

AJ Brimson's impending century, Isaac Liu's 250th game, and the potential for Kieran Foran to reach 300 games all contribute to the excitement surrounding the team's prospects in the new season.
