Scans cleared Rabbitohs forward Keaon Koloamatangi for this year's World Cup after post-season procedures.
"The body's all good, I got some scans, and they've come back all sweet, so I'll be ready in the World Cup," Koloamatangi told nine.com.au on Wednesday.
He made his Australia debut in the 2025 Ashes series against England after switching allegiance from Tonga.
His availability gives Kangaroos coach Kevin Walters another option, with Hudson Young unavailable and Isaah Yeo potentially absent.
After leaving South Sydney in 2026, Koloamatangi is set to join St George Illawarra on a reported five-year, $5 million deal.
The Dragons are rebuilding for 2027, with Scott Drinkwater, Luke Metcalf, Kodi Nikorima, Connor Watson and Phillip Sami also in the mix.
At 28, Koloamatangi will lead a young pack after 151 NRL games, all in South Sydney's cardinal and myrtle.
He averaged 170 running metres and broke 50 tackles across 25 appearances this year.
