A Newcastle Knights forward is currently evaluating a "big offer" from an overseas club as he considers his options beyond the 2025 NRL season.
According to zerotackle.com, Matt Croker's future remains uncertain as he is one of several Knights players set to be off-contract at the end of the season.
The Knights have proposed a contract extension to keep him, but The Daily Telegraph reports that Croker has received a significant offer from a Super League club.
This situation isn't new for Croker, who has previously attracted interest from multiple Super League teams and rival NRL clubs before re-signing last October for the current season.
A member of the U16s and U18s NSW Blues teams, he has been part of the Knights' pathways system since 2015 and aims to enhance his experience in the sport, currently boasting 65 career first-grade matches.
