Warriors' Stars Set for Post-Bye Return

The New Zealand Warriors have announced that three key players will make their return following the club's bye this weekend.

Despite facing injury challenges that have tested their Top 30 depth this season, the Warriors remain in a strong position, currently holding the second spot on the ladder as they gear up for the crucial final stages of the season.

A significant advantage for the club is the return of centre Rocco Berry and second rower Leka Halasima, both coming back from hamstring injuries for Round 19.

Berry last played in the concluding round of the 2025 season, where he suffered a shoulder injury that required surgical intervention in a match against Manly.

He made his comeback in early June with the club's NSW Cup team but was later sidelined again by a hamstring issue.

Halasima last featured in the NRL lineup during Round 13 against the Panthers and is set to return next weekend, ready to make an impact on the field.

This Tongan powerhouse has made 41 appearances since his NRL debut in 2024 and is poised for a remarkable future following a standout 2025 season.

Additionally, enforcer James Fisher-Harris will be available for selection again after recovering from a calf injury that kept him off the field for three weeks.

However, the club has yet to provide an update on Alofiana Khan-Pereira's return from a leg injury suffered during their loss to the Cronulla Sharks in Round 15.
