Siua Wong will face Spencer Leniu on Sunday for the first time since the pair spent three years as Roosters teammates.
The 23-year-old Tonga back-rower is looking forward to the contest, despite Leniu's reputation as a Samoan powerhouse.
Wong, who was born in New Zealand, has opened up about choosing not to play for the Kiwis and credited Leniu with helping him feel he belongs on the international stage.
Asked whether his past experience with Leniu would help him stop the forward, Wong replied: "That's everyone's question," Wong said. "But I feel like it'll be how do we stop the whole team, and it's going to take a whole team for us as a Tonga pack to have that match-up.
