Wests Tigers have made some significant updates to their NRL roster, with Solomona Faataape being promoted to the NRL Top 30 and the addition of two players with NRL experience on training contracts.
Faataape, a 24-year-old outside back, has been upgraded to the NRL Top 30 for the remainder of the 2025 season after impressing since joining the club in 2024.
He has already played in 19 NRL games and has proven to be a valuable asset to the team.
In addition to Faataape's promotion, Wests Tigers have also welcomed Izaac Tu'itupou and Krystian Mapapalangi to the club on training contracts to boost their outside back depth.

"The club is pleased to announce the upgrade of Solomona Faataape to the NRL Top 30 for the remainder of the 2025 season," a statement on the Wests Tigers website read.
"Solomona has previously been signed to a Development contract and has featured in 19 NRL games since joining the club ahead of the 2024 season.
He has proven to be a valuable addition to the squad, coming from Brisbane Tigers in the Queensland Cup."
Regarding the new additions to the squad, the statement continued, "Wests Tigers have further bolstered their outside back depth with the signing of Izaac Tu'itupou and Krystian Mapapalangi on training contracts.
Both players bring valuable experience in NRL systems to the club's extended squad, adding depth and quality to the team."
