In the aftermath of Friday's final round of regular matches, the Match Review Committee has issued penalties to three players.
Jamayne Isaako, a winger for the Dolphins, was charged with Grade 1 Dangerous Contact (tripping) for his action involving Titans player AJ Brimson.
This incident occurred in the last minutes of the Dolphins' tight 24-20 win, and carries a $750 penalty.
If Isaako chooses to appeal the charge and loses, the fine could rise to $1,000, although he may qualify for a discount based on his incident-free history over three years.
In the same match, Titans prop Moeaki Fotuaika was cited for Grade 1 Contrary Conduct following a clash with Dolphins forward Kurt Donoghoe.
Fotuaika received a sin-binning late in the game and faces a more severe penalty as this marks his third or subsequent offence this season.
The initial fine for Fotuaika is $3,000, but it could escalate to a two-match suspension if he contests the charge and is found guilty.
As the Titans' season has concluded, any suspension would extend into the 2027 season, potentially sidelining Fotuaika for the first two games next year.
Lastly, Tommy Talau of the South Sydney Rabbitohs was also charged after a Grade 1 Dangerous Contact incident with Roosters forward Euan Aitken during his team's decisive 50-20 victory.
