Taukeiaho seals NRL return with Manly Sea Eagles

Taukeiaho has officially decided to make a triumphant return to the NRL in 2025 with the Manly Sea Eagles! The hard-hitting prop, who has been a hot topic of discussion among rugby league enthusiasts for the past year, has finally put pen to paper on a one-year deal with the Sea Eagles.

After bidding adieu to the Sydney Roosters in 2022 and embarking on a European adventure with the Catalans Dragons in the Super League, Taukeiaho's time overseas was marred by unfortunate injuries that kept him off the field for most of his debut season.

Eager to make a comeback to the Australian rugby league scene in 2024 with the Canterbury Bulldogs, his dreams were dashed when a medical examination didn't go as planned.

To add salt to the wound, the Dragons gave him the boot halfway through 2024 for skipping training in favor of a concert with his teammates.

But now, with a fresh start on the horizon, Taukeiaho is ready to put his troubled past behind him and show the NRL what he's truly made of.

The Sea Eagles, Roosters, and Bulldogs may have all vied for his talents, but it's Manly who have emerged victorious in the race to secure his services for the upcoming season.

Fans can expect to see Taukeiaho bring his A-game to the NRL once again, as he aims to prove that he's still one of the best props in the league.

With a point to prove and a hunger for success, the stage is set for Taukeiaho to make a splash in the rugby league world once more.

Let the games begin!
