All three Sydney Roosters players charged after their 46-10 semi-final victory over Cronulla can play Friday's preliminary final against the Dolphins.
Lindsay Collins was cited for Grade 1 dangerous contact involving Sharks fullback William Kennedy in the 17th minute.
Referee Adam Gee penalised the Roosters after placing the tackle on report.
Billy Smith received the same charge after contacting Cronulla forward Siosifa Talakai during the 34th minute.
As first-time offenders, both players face fines of $1,000 with early pleas or $1,500 if they challenge unsuccessfully.
Daly Cherry-Evans was charged for tripping Sharks backrower Teig Wilton in the 60th minute.
The veteran halfback extended his right leg to prevent Wilton from advancing, prompting the Bunker to classify the incident as reportable.
"Daly extends the leg in an unnatural action, so this is a penalty and is on report," the Bunker official said.
The Match Review Committee imposed a $1,000 fine for Cherry-Evans' first offence.
None of the charges involves suspension, but the players must accept their fines to remain available.
