In a surprising twist, a left-field club has thrown their hat in the ring for the services of former NSW State of Origin powerhouse, Reagan Campbell-Gillard.

The former Eels and Blues prop has garnered interest from multiple clubs after his unceremonious exit from Parramatta.

With numerous clubs circling the experienced front rower, it was widely assumed that a Sydney team would be the front-runners to secure Campbell-Gillard's signature.

However, a curveball was thrown into the mix when reports surfaced that the Gold Coast Titans are now in the running to land the talented forward.

Veteran journalist Neil Breen dropped the bombshell news on 2GB radio, revealing that Campbell-Gillard's primary concern is job security.

This desire for stability played a key role in his decision to part ways with the Eels, with Parramatta only willing to keep him on their roster until the conclusion of the 2025 season.

As the race for Campbell-Gillard heats up, the Titans have emerged as surprise contenders, aiming to bolster their forward pack with the addition of the seasoned pro.

With the market for experienced forwards heating up, it's shaping up to be a fierce competition to secure the services of the $750k NRL star.
