Storm: Do Discipline Dilemmas Cost Victory?

Storm must improve discipline

Melbourne Storm's coach Craig Bellamy emphasized the need for improved discipline following the team's narrow 20-18 golden-point loss to Canberra in their last match during Magic Round.

Despite the defeat, which saw them relinquish an early 12-point lead, Bellamy acknowledged that the game highlighted the Storm's self-inflicted issues.

He stated, "It was a little bit of the discipline.

We gave away three penalties when we had the ball.

To do that once in a year, it hurts you, but to do it three times in one game was just the lack of discipline, and we need to learn from that.

That just shouldn't happen.

Hopefully, we took a few learnings out of that, and we need to move on."

Bellamy's remarks indicate a clear focus on enhancing the team's discipline as they prepare for their upcoming match against the Wests Tigers at AAMI Park on Sunday.
