The Melbourne Storm and Wests Tigers have engaged in a player swap that has the Rugby League world buzzing.

For the second time, these two clubs have come to an agreement, with centre Justin Olam making his way to the Tigers, while back-rower Shawn Blore will now don the purple jersey for the Storm.

This swap has the potential to shake up the dynamics of both teams, as Olam's arrival will boost the Tigers' outside backs, while Blore's addition to the Storm's formidable forward pack will only make them more fearsome.

Both players have committed to a three-year deal with their new teams, showing their confidence in their abilities to make an impact.

Tigers coach Benji Marshall spoke highly of Olam, praising his world-class skills and experience at the highest level.

With proven success under his belt, Olam's leadership and strong communication will undoubtedly be invaluable to the Tigers.
