Faythe Manera scored eight tries in 10 appearances for the Wests Tigers in 2026, adding four try assists and five line-break assists.
The 23-year-old has agreed to remain with the club for two more seasons after impressing in several positions since joining in 2025.
A former Australian Sevens representative, Manera can play in the halves, at fullback, centre or hooker.
Her season included a hat-trick against North Queensland in Round 2 and decisive tries against the Dragons and Warriors.
Players recognised her as the NRLW's best impact player in the RLPA's 2026 Players' Dream Team.
An ACL injury ended her campaign in Round 10, but Manera said she was looking forward to 2027.
"Being part of this team has been amazing and I'm excited about the direction we're heading under Sandy - he's had such a big impact on my game this year,'' Manera said.
"We're building something special here, and I'm going to do everything I can this off-season to get back on the field as soon as possible."
Head coach Craig Sandercock said the club was pleased to retain Manera and praised her willingness to learn and improve.
He said her surgery had gone well and the Tigers would support her rehabilitation through the off-season and ahead of the 2027 pre-season.
